Below is our FAQ with some of the most common questions asked.
Absolutely not, we won’t let not having a logo get in the way of launching your new website.
In its place we can always use a typographic logo which is a text only logo with a really nice font to accentuate your business name, then you can always change it later on.
Yes, we can! We have premade style guides you can review and choose from if one of them catches your fancy or we can design something unique.
Please note we only offer our branding service to our website design clients, not as a stand-alone service.
To avoid time delays we ask all clients to have their stock photography and any other images for their website ready in time before the website start date.
We can provide you with links to free and paid stock photo sites where you will have plenty of images to choose from, check our Free Resource Library for the list.
While we don’t offer copywriting services, with your new website project you will receive a website copy strategy guide which will walk you through the process on how to write your website copy.
It will have information on what to include on each page, examples and fill in the blank statements to help make writing your website copy easy peasy lemon squeezy!

When getting a website there are a few standard costs you need to factor in, one is your hosting subscription for your WordPress website along with your domain name registration. But don’t worry we can help you set up and install your hosting and domain accounts.
You may also run into some costs if you choose to use paid stock photography, however, there are free options. For a list of websites we recommend for free stock photography please check out our Free Resource Library.
Another couple of costs you may need to consider when starting an online business is the subscription cost for a business email which is strongly suggested rather than a free email and an email service provider. There are free and paid options which we can discuss.
That’s a very good question and the answer depends on two specific things: the service package you choose and your response times.
I could put a turnaround time on our projects which could be 2 to 8 weeks depending on your package, however, from my experience life happens, especially if you are already working a 9-5 job or have a family that demands your attention. So how quickly you provide me with the information that I need to complete your project, including your response times to updates and changes made along the way will greatly affect your completion date.
I want your website up and running as quickly as possible so our strategy sessions in the beginning of the project will help you know what to provide and when – guiding you every step of the way. And if you need some additional support or some gentle nudges I can make that happen! The last thing we want is your brilliant idea and business goals to get delayed.
What we need is all your copy (writing) for your website, and images for your website pages by our official work start date. If you have any opt-in or freebies you wish to include on your site we will need those as well before the development phase.
We will choose a realistic start date based on how much time you will need for all your prep work.
I design and build websites on WordPress using Elementor as the page builder.
At this time I don’t build websites on any other platform or use any other page builder than Elementor.
